Function description: The mesh (gravure) coating roller is mainly used for coating, the amount of coating is mainly related to the depth of the concave eye of the mesh roller and the glue viscosity, the deeper the depth of the concave eye, the more the amount of glue transferred from the concave eye to the substrate; On the contrary, the shallower the hole depth of the roller mesh, the amount transferred to the substrate is also reduced. The glue viscosity is too large and not easy to transfer, too small, easy to flow, so that the glue is not uniform, easy to produce longitudinal or horizontal water lines.
Main applications:
Suitable for all kinds of film, paper coil coating production line, such as release paper, release film, PE/PET protective film and other products
Applicable glue: water-based, solvent-based; Silicone oil, acrylic, etc., viscosity range 300~30000cps
Coating weight: commonly used 5~8g per square meter
